I struggled with eczema on my hands and rosacea on my face for years. Itchy red patches, irritation, flare ups and inflammation were an endless cycle. The constant redness, and flaky patches made me very self-conscious. No matter what creams or medications I tried nothing would clear the eczema or rosacea. I was skeptical about using beef tallow at first and have to admit it was a last resort. My eczema was so bad the skin on my knuckles was cracked and bleeding from my dry split skin. On a whim I purchased some tallow balm at a farmers’ market. Within the first few days of applying, I noticed a HUGE difference!! The inflammation went down, the dry patches and itchiness disappeared, and my hands finally felt soothed instead of irritated,

It worked so well I decided to try it on my face. Prior to tallow I was a medical grade skincare girl! I have tried just about every popular brand, yet my rosacea just kept getting worse. The redness progressed from just my cheeks to across my nose and expanded to papulopustular rosacea (acne like lesions). I hated my skin and didn’t leave the house without makeup.

Thats when I created my first batch of The O.G. Luxe Whipped Tallow. After just a few weeks, my complexion looked healthier and more balanced than it had in years! I started getting compliments and friends asking what I was doing to achieve this glow!

And so, my obsession with tallow products began. My 6-year-old son developed a face rash, we cleared it with tallow. My husband’s rough hands from working outdoors in construction became smooth and hydrated, my daughters elbow eczema vanished and my little guy’s diaper rash didn’t stand a chance after I applied my whipped tallow creations!
